Our Biography:

We are a member of the Apartment Association of the Greater Inland Empire and The California Apartment Association, which is the largest apartment association in the nation. In addition we have three staff members that have been trained and received the designation of California Certified Residential Manager through CAA.
We also participate in the local Crime Free Housing program through the City of Hemet. We attend various training and education seminars throughout the year to keep us up to date and knowledgeable of the latest trends affecting the rental housing industry. Currently, we are managing in our portfolio over 310 properties which represent single family homes, duplexes, tri and four-plexes, and several multi-unit communities throughout the Inland Empire.

Our Rates and Fees

Our monthly management fee is 8.5% of all rents and fees collected, and the Administrative Rental Fee, to screen and qualify your tenant, is on a sliding scale depending on your monthly rent. Local advertising in the EZ-AD is included in this fee. If you require additional advertising in other publications, that cost will be added.

We charge a nominal fee to represent you in eviction or small claims court and to report and track any 1099 reporting of venders.


Specialty Services

Tenant Three Day Notices, and evictions are handled by THE EVICTION CENTER, who is located next door. We work as a team to offer the best possible service.
